Description
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise income streams.
- Utilise Power BI to analyse and present data effectively.
- Use MS Dynamics 365 to streamline business processes and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to develop and maintain financial forecasts.
- Identify areas of financial risk and propose mitigating actions.
- Contribute to the development of budgets and financial plans.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Engage in regular reporting and communication with stakeholders.
Profile
- An educational background in finance, accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role, preferably within the social housing sector.
- Proven experience with Power BI and MS Dynamics 365.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A commitment to upholding the values of the Social Housing sector
