Are you a talented chef looking to step up?

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Sous Chef to join the brigade at a prestigious, Michelin Guide-listed restaurant in the heart of Chelsea. This is a key role for a chef ready to take on more responsibility and develop their craft on the grill.

The Role & You:

  • You will have a primary focus on managing and mastering the grill section, preparing premium proteins to exacting standards.
  • You will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the smooth running of a busy, high-quality kitchen as we prepare to move to a 7-day service.
  • You will help lead and mentor a tight-knit team alongside another Junior Sous.
  • We need a reliable, skilled, and passionate chef to bring stability and energy to our kitchen.

We’re Looking For:

  • A chef with solid experience in a quality-focused kitchen
  • A genuine passion for and confidence with grilling, understanding quality produce is essential.
  • A reliable, hands-on team player who thrives in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
  • A proactive attitude, keen to help develop others and maintain standards.

The Details:

  • Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum.
  • Hours: Approximately 45-48 hours per week.
  • Location: Chelsea, London.
  • Cuisine: Seasonal, modern British—focused on elegant, ingredient-led plates.
