We are partnering with an exclusive Omakase destination to recruit a dedicated Junior Sous Omakase Chef. This role is based within a prestigious, multi-concept venue in London City. The Role: Junior Sous Omakase Chef

  • Immersive, 12-seat counter dining experience.
  • Sosaku-style Edomae cuisine, blending tradition with innovation.
