As a Loan Products Knowledge Lawyer you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the maintenance and creation of knowhow collections and precedent collections.
- Participating in internal education and seminars.
- Active participation in the group’s work with the LMA, working on various LMA projects and documents as necessary.
- Understanding, embracing and helping to develop AI products.
Profile
Lawyers with extensive leveraged finance experience whether for sponsors, borrowers or lenders, particularly if you have funds/private capital/infrastructure expertise.
