Marketing Director
Location: London
Salary: Up to £120,000 package
We are working with a high growth entertainment and leisure brand that is scaling rapidly across the UK. With an ambitious expansion strategy in place, the business is now seeking a Marketing Director to lead brand, strategy and performance, and act as a true marketing disruptor.
This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic, consumer led brand at a pivotal stage of its growth journey, with the remit to shape how the brand shows up, connects with customers and drives commercial results.
The role:
As Marketing Director, you will have full ownership of the marketing, PR and digital agenda, delivering a cohesive, insight led strategy that supports both immediate performance and long- term brand growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and executing a bold, integrated marketing strategy across brand, digital, CRM and performance channels
- Leading brand communications, ensuring consistency of tone, messaging and positioning across all customer touchpoints
- Driving customer engagement and loyalty through a robust CRM and data strategy, using insight and segmentation to inform campaigns and improve lifetime value
- Overseeing digital and social strategy, ensuring content, paid media and performance marketing drive both brand awareness and conversion
- Building and managing strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance brand reach, relevance and commercial impact
- Supporting revenue growth across existing sites while ensuring the successful launch and promotion of new openings
- Using analytics and reporting to measure effectiveness, optimise activity and inform decision-making
- Leading, developing and inspiring a high-performing marketing team
Experience:
- Senior level marketing experience within hospitality, leisure, experiential or events.
- A proven track record of delivering brand growth and revenue driving strategies
- Strong experience across CRM, digital marketing, social media and data-led decision making
- Experience leading brand communications and integrated campaigns
- A strong understanding of partnership marketing and managing key external relationships
- Previous line management experience with a passion for building and developing teams
- The confidence and credibility to operate at a senior leadership level
