A renowned London restaurant group is seeking a Marketing Manager to strengthen brand presence, lead high-quality campaigns, and support the growth of an expanding premium portfolio.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the development and delivery of the group’s marketing strategy across all venues, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business goals.
  • Manage day-to-day activity within a talented in-house marketing team across content, digital, PR, and social media.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute premium brand campaigns and activations across multiple channels.
  • Oversee multi-channel marketing initiatives including PR, influencer collaborations, partnerships, events, and paid media.
  • Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Events teams to enhance the guest journey and contribute to commercial performance.
  • Use analytics and reporting to track campaign effectiveness, inform decisions, and optimise ROI.
  • Support marketing efforts for new venue openings and broader brand expansion projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, influencers, and media partners to elevate brand visibility.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to keep the brand at the forefront of luxury dining.

 

About You

  • Experience in a marketing role within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or premium F&B sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute impactful, data-driven marketing initiatives; familiarity with OpenTable is a bonus.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, PR, and brand storytelling within a high-end environment.
  • Confident communicator with solid team coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially astute, with experience managing budgets and contributing to sales growth.
  • Passionate about hospitality, luxury experiences, and crafting memorable guest journeys.
  • Creative, detail-focused, and visually driven, with a strong appreciation for premium branding and design.
