Overview
We’re looking for a driven and experienced General Manager who’s ready to take the next step into a Cluster Manager role, overseeing a small group of branded coffee shops in and around Cheltenham.
This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing, private equity-backed business with over 30 stores across the UK and big expansion plans. With a new leadership team in place, there’s plenty of room to grow as the business scales.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting and guiding a small cluster of store teams to deliver exceptional service and operational consistency
- Coaching Assistant Managers and Team Leaders to build capability and ensure strong performance across sites
- Working closely with operations leadership to implement brand standards and drive results
- Playing a hands-on role across sites—leading from the front, jumping in when needed, and helping build a strong team culture
- Monitoring KPIs and commercial performance while maintaining a customer-first focus
- Helping with recruitment, training, and occasional support for new store openings
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced General Manager from a coffee, QSR, or hospitality environment
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong organisational and operational knowledge with a practical, hands-on approach
- A great communicator who can work across teams and adapt quickly
- Ready to step into a multi-site support role as a natural next move in your career
