We’re looking for a dynamic, people-focused professional to lead employee engagement strategy and foster a thriving workplace culture.

This is a key role for someone passionate about creating an environment where people feel valued, supported, and motivated to do their best work.

The role:

  • Design and deliver initiatives that strengthen HR employee engagement, belonging, and wellbeing.
  • Partner with leadership to develop programs that align with values and business goals.
  • Create communication strategies that keep employees informed, inspired, and connected.
  • Organise events, workshops, and recognition programs that celebrate people.
  • Track, measure, and report on engagement and culture metrics, using insights to continuously improve.
  • Act as a trusted advocate for employees, ensuring their voices are heard and acted upon.
  • Support managers in building inclusive, high-performing teams.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in employee engagement and HR within a service delivery first business (hospitality, retail, facilities, food & beverage, logistics, or similar)
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to design innovative engagement programs.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Passion for people, culture, and creating positive workplace experiences.
