We’re looking for a dynamic, people-focused professional to lead employee engagement strategy and foster a thriving workplace culture.
This is a key role for someone passionate about creating an environment where people feel valued, supported, and motivated to do their best work.
The role:
- Design and deliver initiatives that strengthen HR employee engagement, belonging, and wellbeing.
- Partner with leadership to develop programs that align with values and business goals.
- Create communication strategies that keep employees informed, inspired, and connected.
- Organise events, workshops, and recognition programs that celebrate people.
- Track, measure, and report on engagement and culture metrics, using insights to continuously improve.
- Act as a trusted advocate for employees, ensuring their voices are heard and acted upon.
- Support managers in building inclusive, high-performing teams.
Experience:
- Proven experience in employee engagement and HR within a service delivery first business (hospitality, retail, facilities, food & beverage, logistics, or similar)
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design innovative engagement programs.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Passion for people, culture, and creating positive workplace experiences.
