Property Litigation Solicitor – Bournemouth
A leading Bournemouth firm, recognised in the Legal 500 and known for its strong regional presence, is looking to grow its Property Litigation team with the addition of a talented solicitor. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected multi office practice offering high quality work, a collaborative culture and genuine career progression.
The team is well established and handles a broad range of contentious property matters for landlords, tenants, developers and commercial clients. You’ll be joining a group known for its practical, commercially focused advice and supportive working environment.
The Role
You’ll manage a varied and stimulating caseload, working closely with colleagues across the wider firm to deliver joined up solutions. Expect exposure to a wide range of disputes and the chance to develop your expertise further.
Your work will include:
- Handling landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues and rights of way
- Advising on lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture and possession claims
- Representing clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution
- Drafting pleadings, correspondence and strategic advice
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to the team’s continued growth
About You
The firm is seeking a solicitor who brings:
- 2+ years’ PQE in property litigation
- Strong technical knowledge and a commercially minded approach
- Excellent communication and client care skills
