Roles/Responsibilities

  • Perform dimensional and visual inspections using CMM, Faro Arm, and other metrology tools
  • Apply GD&T principles to ensure components meet engineering drawings and specifications
  • Verify compliance with ASME codes and other regulated quality standards before product release
  • Identify, record, and support resolution of non-conformances in line with quality procedures
  • Maintain accurate inspection records, traceability, and certification in a regulated manufacturing environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in quality inspection, ideally within a regulated or high-integrity manufacturing industry
  • Skilled in CMM operation/programming and Faro Arm measurements
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
  • Understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems

Desirable:

  • ASME certification desirable; training can be provided
  • Knowledge of problem-solving tools: 5 Whys, FMEA, Fishbone, 8D methodology
  • Awareness of welding processes (MIG/TIG) and non-destructive testing (NDT) principles
