Real Estate Associate – Cheltenham (4+ PQE)

A top 100 law firm is looking for a talented Real Estate Associate to join their Cheltenham team. You’ll enjoy high-calibre work with a national and international reach all from the heart of the Cotswolds.

This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative, close-knit office while being part of a wider Real Estate group known for its expertise across key sectors. The team handles a broad mix of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant work, leases, investment deals, and portfolio transactions.

The role

  • Advising clients with clarity and commercial insight
  • Managing a varied caseload efficiently and independently
  • Handling development, regeneration, and strategic land transactions
  • Drafting documents with minimal supervision
  • Building strong client relationships
  • Playing an active role in marketing, networking, and know-how initiatives

Candidate requirements

  • England & Wales qualified solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE
  • Solid experience in development and regeneration work
  • Comfortable working with housebuilders and strategic land schemes
  • Strong communicator with excellent time and stakeholder management
  • Proven ability to handle complex title due diligence
  • Team player with a proactive, flexible approach
