Real Estate Associate – Cheltenham (4+ PQE)
A top 100 law firm is looking for a talented Real Estate Associate to join their Cheltenham team. You’ll enjoy high-calibre work with a national and international reach all from the heart of the Cotswolds.
This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative, close-knit office while being part of a wider Real Estate group known for its expertise across key sectors. The team handles a broad mix of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant work, leases, investment deals, and portfolio transactions.
The role
- Advising clients with clarity and commercial insight
- Managing a varied caseload efficiently and independently
- Handling development, regeneration, and strategic land transactions
- Drafting documents with minimal supervision
- Building strong client relationships
- Playing an active role in marketing, networking, and know-how initiatives
Candidate requirements
- England & Wales qualified solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE
- Solid experience in development and regeneration work
- Comfortable working with housebuilders and strategic land schemes
- Strong communicator with excellent time and stakeholder management
- Proven ability to handle complex title due diligence
- Team player with a proactive, flexible approach
