Real Estate Associate – Telecoms Sector – Bristol – 2+ years PQE
Location: Bristol Office (Hybrid Working Available)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £60,000 to £75,000
Chadwick Nott is recruiting on behalf of a leading UK law firm for an Associate to join their Real Estate team in Bristol, with a focus on commercial property matters in the telecoms sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a nationally recognised practice that is praised by Chambers UK for its exceptional offering.
The Role
You’ll be aligned to the firm’s specialist Cornerstone team, supporting telecoms-related real estate work while also contributing to broader commercial property matters. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and reviewing reports on title
- Drafting leases, licences, surrenders, deeds of variation, and other property documentation
- Supervising and mentoring paralegals
- Negotiating and completing transactional documentation
- Participating in multi-skilled site visit projects (MSVs)
- Attending internal and external progress meetings
- Contributing to training and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
- 2+ years PQE in commercial real estate
- Experience across a broad range of property matters, ideally including telecoms or infrastructure
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- A proactive, organised, and commercially minded approach
- Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative and well-structured team
- Confidence managing multiple matters and supporting junior colleagues
- A client-focused attitude and interest in business development
Working Arrangements
This is a Bristol-based role with hybrid working options. Occasional travel to Reading, London, or client offices may be required.
