Real Estate Finance Solicitor – Bristol
Incredible opportunity for a real estate finance solicitor to join a market leading real estate finance team in Bristol on a hybrid basis. This real estate finance team are a heavy weight in Bristol and there is a perfect opportunity to work with highly regarded real estate finance lawyers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of real estate finance matters for both lenders and borrowers.
- Working for domestic and international banks, debt funds and alternative lenders, you will be working on portfolio transactions, high value single asset deals and development financing.
Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE in commercial property/real estate finance. If you have less experience, please still apply.
- Solid experience in handling a range of real estate finance transactions from a reputable real estate finance or banking team.
