Residential Conveyancer – Bristol – 2+ Years PQE
Location: Bristol
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £50,000 – £75,000 (dependent on experience)
A respected law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join its Residential Property team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to take on an existing caseload, build strong client relationships, and progress your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Advising clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, title documents, and related paperwork
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other professionals
- Ensuring smooth progression of transactions from instruction to completion
- Supporting the growth of the team through networking and business development
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor or lawyer with:
- Minimum of 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Detailed knowledge and wide-ranging experience in residential property law
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in managing matters independently and “hitting the ground running”
- Strong client care skills and commitment to going the extra mile
- A positive attitude, good sense of humour, and enjoyment of working in a team environment
