Residential Conveyancer – Bristol

This strong Bristol based practice and seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy team based in Bristol.

The role is a part-time job share, working Monday to Wednesday, 9:00am to 5.15pm dealing with a shared caseload of a range of residential property transactions (including sales, purchases, transfers and remortgages) and will be well supported by a Paralegal and Legal Secretary.

Role Overview:

  • Manage a shared caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers, and remortgages.
  • Supported by a Paralegal and Legal Secretary.
  • Engage in networking and business development with local estate agents.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with experience in the Bristol property market.
  • Law degree or CILEx Professional Qualification (CPQ).
  • Strong IT skills.
  • High standard of client care and enthusiasm for marketing and business development.
