The Role:
We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and guest-focused Restaurant Manager to join a growing and dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of 12+ employees, manage day-to-day operations, and deliver exceptional service to all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 12+ employees , ensuring the highest standards of service.
* Manage rotas and ensure proper staffing levels for efficient service.
* Maintain a strong floor presence , ensuring a guest-focused approach at all times.
* Oversee the smooth operation of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service from start to finish.
* Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and performance.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
* Strong floor presence and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences.
* Passion for the hospitality industry and a hands-on approach to management.
