Restaurant / Nightclub General Manager

$80,000 – $90,000 a year + Benefits + PTO
We are seeking an experienced leader to manage a high-volume restaurant/nightlife operation. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of management experience, strong team leadership, budgeting, and event execution skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience with POS systems, guest service, and social media/marketing is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and uphold exceptional service standards
- Lead, train, and schedule staff
- Manage budgets, costs, and reporting
- Ensure safety, sanitation, and smooth event execution
- Communicate effectively with teams, vendors, and guests
- Support marketing and social media initiatives
