Salary: £60,000 to £80,000 (depending on experience)
A leading regional law firm is seeking a Senior Associate Family Solicitor with strong expertise in divorce and financial remedy matters to join its well-established Family team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to take on complex, high-quality work and play a key role in the growth of the practice.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of family law matters, including:
- Divorce proceedings and financial remedy cases
- Advising clients on settlements and financial disputes
- Advocacy and representation in court
- Supervising and mentoring junior colleagues
- Supporting business development and practice growth
- Maintaining high professional standards and client care
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
- Significant PQE in family law (divorce and financial remedies essential)
- Strong technical knowledge and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage matters independently and supervise others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commercial awareness and proactive approach to practice development
- Motivation, organisation, and a client-focused mindset
