Overview

An award-winning immersive entertainment business is seeking a commercially driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead all marketing and external communications activity.

This is a high-impact role responsible for building brand awareness, driving ticket sales and delivering revenue growth across large scale, multi award-winning live experiences that combine cutting edge digital technology, live theatre and multi-sensory storytelling.

You will take ownership of campaign strategy and performance, ensuring annual ticket sales targets are achieved within agreed budgets while maximising secondary spend opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ticket sales and revenue targets within budget, driving growth across all channels
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR and media
  • Lead audience insight, competitor analysis and performance reporting
  • Oversee website, CRM, paid media and social advertising activity
  • Act as brand guardian across all creative and communications
  • Manage agencies and commercial partnerships to maximise ROI
  • Drive press and media coverage, launches and key announcements
  • Identify new digital opportunities to optimise reach and revenue

Experience:

  • Proven success delivering revenue driving marketing campaigns
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset
  • Experienced managing agencies and cross functional stakeholders
  • Passionate about entertainment, live experiences or cultural attractions
