Overview
An award-winning immersive entertainment business is seeking a commercially driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead all marketing and external communications activity.
This is a high-impact role responsible for building brand awareness, driving ticket sales and delivering revenue growth across large scale, multi award-winning live experiences that combine cutting edge digital technology, live theatre and multi-sensory storytelling.
You will take ownership of campaign strategy and performance, ensuring annual ticket sales targets are achieved within agreed budgets while maximising secondary spend opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver ticket sales and revenue targets within budget, driving growth across all channels
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR and media
- Lead audience insight, competitor analysis and performance reporting
- Oversee website, CRM, paid media and social advertising activity
- Act as brand guardian across all creative and communications
- Manage agencies and commercial partnerships to maximise ROI
- Drive press and media coverage, launches and key announcements
- Identify new digital opportunities to optimise reach and revenue
Experience:
- Proven success delivering revenue driving marketing campaigns
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset
- Experienced managing agencies and cross functional stakeholders
- Passionate about entertainment, live experiences or cultural attractions
