Senior Talent Acquisition Manager – Fast-Growing QSR Brand
London (3 days per week in office)
Up to £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits
I am currently partnering with a fantastic, fast-growing QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) brand that’s entering an exciting new phase of expansion across the UK. They are now looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead their recruitment strategy and team through a period of high growth and new store openings.
This is an incredible opportunity for someone with a strong background in high-volume, multi-site recruitment who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
The Role:

Lead and develop a small team of Recruitment Partners, ensuring delivery of an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Oversee end-to-end recruitment for new store openings, support centre roles, and operational hires.

Partner closely with senior leadership to design and execute scalable hiring strategies that meet business growth targets.

Drive innovation in attraction, employer branding, and talent pipelining.

Analyse recruitment data to improve efficiency and quality of hire.
About You:

Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition Manager or Senior Recruitment Manager role within a high-growth, multi-site retail or hospitality environment.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.

Expertise in managing large-scale recruitment projects and new openings.

Confident building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Adaptable, proactive, and excited by fast-paced environments.
The Offer:

Salary up to £65,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits
