Description
- Monitor and manage daily shift activities to ensure smooth operations in the industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Support the engineering team in maintaining equipment and machinery to ensure operational reliability.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational challenges during shifts.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the facility.
- Coordinate with team members to optimise workflow and productivity.
- Document and report on shift activities and performance metrics.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes.
- Provide support for routine maintenance tasks as required.
Profile
- Experience or knowledge within the engineering and manufacturing sector.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently during shifts.
