Social Media Manager
Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £40,000

COREcruitment is working with a high-end hospitality venue is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead and elevate its digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong aesthetic sensibility, a deep understanding of luxury hospitality, and the ability to craft compelling content that engages a discerning audience.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Management
– Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with the brand’s identity and business goals.
– Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
– Manage daily posting, community engagement, and audience growth across all platforms.
– Oversee content creation, including photoshoots, video production, and influencer collaborations.
Brand Growth & Engagement
– Build and nurture an engaged online community, responding to comments and messages promptly.
– Identify and collaborate with influencers, VIPs, and brand ambassadors to amplify brand visibility.
– Monitor and analyse social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
Campaigns & Partnerships
– Develop and execute creative social media campaigns to support key events, promotions, and new launches.
– Work closely with the PR & Marketing team to align digital and offline initiatives.
– Stay ahead of trends in luxury hospitality, digital marketing, and social media to ensure the brand remains an industry leader.
Reporting & Analytics
– Track key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize content accordingly.
– Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

About you:
– Proven experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Manager within luxury hospitality or fine dining.
– A strong visual eye and understanding of luxury brand aesthetics.
– Experience with content creation, copywriting, and influencer marketing.
– Proficiency in social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
– A deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and emerging digital trends.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment, balancing creativity with business objectives.
