Overview

As a Temporary Customer Service Co-coordinator you will be responsible for providing support to new customers via inbound, outbound calls as well as emails. Daily duties will include provide new customers with price quotations, on-boarding and dealing with suppliers.

Our client is a leader in the energy world and they are looking for an experienced Temporary Customer Co-coordinator to join their Preston office for a 3 month basis. This role has the possibility of going perm!

Description

As a Temporary Customer Co-coordinator you will:

  • Handling inbound, outbound calls & emails for customers and suppliers
  • Develop, maintain and update Customer database for all Quotations customers
  • Manage, maintain and update Enquiry and Application registers for the Connection Quotations team
  • Taking customer payments & updating CRM systems to confirm payment has been successful for internal teams
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when required

Profile

To be successful in this role:

  • Proven experience within customer service coordination
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Customer facing / customer service orientation
  • Ability to plan and organise
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience of Microsoft Office Suit essential (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer, PowerPoint
  • Experience of SAP beneficial
