Vice President of Hotel Development – Luxury Private Members Community (Puerto Rico)
An exclusive luxury private members community in Puerto Rico is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Hotel Development to lead the planning, development, and execution of world-class resort & private residences projects.
The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in the development of luxury resorts, villas, branded residences, and high-end hospitality destinations, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest and owner experiences. This executive leadership role will oversee all aspects of development, from concept and design through construction, opening, and operational handover.
Key Requirements:
- Significant experience in luxury resort, villa, private club, or mixed-use hospitality development.
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale development projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong network within the luxury hospitality, real estate, and development sectors.
- Exceptional leadership, financial, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Puerto Rican resident/citizen to be considered.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base compensation package of approximately $350,000 – $400,000 USD, with the overall package fully negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
