The Role
- Support the General Manager in leading a fun, energetic and high-performing team.
- Lead from the front, creating an outstanding guest experience and setting the standard every shift.
- Build a positive team culture where people feel valued, motivated and inspired.
- Coach, develop and support team members, helping them grow and progress their careers.
- Drive exceptional service and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding and development of new team members.
- Maintain consistently high standards across service, cleanliness and daily operations.
- Take ownership of the business in the General Manager’s absence, ensuring smooth day-to-day performance.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience as an Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager within hospitality, retail, QSR or fast casual dining.
- A genuine passion for people, hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- A natural leader who enjoys coaching, motivating and developing others.
- Someone who brings positive energy and helps create an environment where both guests and teams thrive.
- Hands-on, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
